Who this policy covers

This policy covers the DRC mobile app and UNLISTD LIVE, operated by Dark Rarity Collectibles. The separate store privacy policy covers shopping on darkrarity.com. Contact us about privacy, account deletion or safety at contact@darkrarity.com. Updated September 27, 2026.

Accounts and profiles

We process an app installation identifier and session credentials to provide LIVE account access. A username and profile picture are used for community participation. We also process profile information you choose to supply, including biography, interests, location and external profile links. Public profile information and content you publish can be seen by other users.

Connecting Discord or another external service is optional where offered. That service shares the account identifiers and profile information needed for the connection. Do not post private addresses, payment details or identification documents in public content.

Live video, audio and chat

When you broadcast or accept an invitation to speak, your camera or microphone content is transmitted through our streaming provider to participants in the show. LiveKit processes connection information and audio, video and chat data needed to operate the room. Other participants may be able to capture content they see or hear.

Chat messages, mentions, participant names and show information are shared with people in the room. Recent chat can be relayed by the host to people who join. We process reports and moderation records to investigate abuse, enforce rules and protect participants.

Photos, collections and device permissions

We request camera, microphone, photo access, notifications or location when needed for the feature you choose. You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Uploaded or shared images, show covers, listing information and collection imports are processed to provide the selected feature. Imported collection records are associated with your account.

Location may be used for nearby store features or a location you choose to add to your profile. A profile location you publish is visible to other users. Notification tokens and preferences support alerts you choose to receive.

Purchases, sales and payment providers

Stripe, Shopify and PayPal process supported payments under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive the transaction references, status, amounts and account connection information needed to provide purchases, seller tools and fee records. Delivery and fulfillment features may involve names, addresses, order information and tracking details shared with the seller and applicable provider.

Independent sellers handle their own orders, delivery, returns and refunds. DRC handles seller obligations when DRC is identified as the seller. Account deletion in DRC does not delete a separate payment provider or merchant account.

Service providers and safety

We use Supabase for backend data and account services, Vercel for application hosting, LiveKit for live communications and Expo/Apple/Google notification services where enabled. Providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Network, device and diagnostic information may be processed for operation, reliability and security.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, or to investigate fraud and abuse. Sellers receive information needed to fulfill their transactions; public content is shared as described above.

Live audience analytics

We record which live shows an account joins, participation timestamps and viewing duration, linked to the account identifier. We use this activity to measure audience engagement and operate and improve UNLISTD LIVE. These records are available to authorized DRC administrators for service analytics.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and feature records while needed to provide those services. You can request permanent deletion in Settings > Delete UNLISTD LIVE Account without connecting Discord. The app gives a request reference, processing deadline and status. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Deletion covers associated LIVE profile, collection, account connection and user content data. Some order, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need to be retained for the relevant obligation; they are not kept as an active public profile. Backups and service-provider systems can have separate retention cycles. Contact us for information about a particular record.

DRC Trust and accounts held directly with other providers are separate services. Contact us if you also want to exercise privacy rights for another DRC service.

Your choices and contact

You can edit information supported by your profile controls, manage notifications and device permissions, block users, report content and request account deletion. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, contact contact@darkrarity.com. We may need to verify a request to protect your account.
